Shipping Services
We use UPS (United Parcel Service) www.ups.com for 99% of our packages. The service is Next Working Day which means if you order a product which is in stock before 12pm, we will normally dispatch it the same day for delivery the following working day.
For example: Order by 12pm Monday afternoon and item will be dispatched same day for delivery between 9 and 5 the following day, Tuesday.
Order by 12pm Friday afternoon and item will be dispatched same day for delivery between 9 and 5 on the next working day, which
would be the following Monday!
Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as "working days" by UPS.
This applies to all in stock items, should an item be out of stock please allow 28 days. If you would like to confirm stock availability please feel free to E-mail or call and we'd be only too glad to help.
Delivery Address
Delivery address must be the registered credit or debit card address (where the statement is sent to). Due to the value of many of our items and in all our customer's interests, we will only ship products to the registered card holders address. If you provide an alternative address it MUST be registered with the bank. We do check so please ensure this is accurate before submitting the order - otherwise it may delay your order while we are trying to verify the address.
Returns
Retuns are catered for in our Terms and Conditions. To summarise the process in terms of shipping:
- If an item has arrived damaged or is faulty, Rich Tone Music will arrange for UPS to come to your house and pick up the guitar at no cost to you.
- If you wish to return an item because you, say, simply decide you don't want it, we can still arrange for UPS to pick up the goods, however any refund will be nett of the shipping cost as this service has been consumed. This is the full cost to us of outbound and inbound shipping. This cost will differ to the initial shipping charge made to you which is subsidised heavily.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery can be arranged via UPS. They charge a hefty premium for this however. We'd be glad to get a quote on this for you if you feel it is absolutely necessary.
How quickly will I get my product?
Usually very quickly! Most of the items we advertise are either in our own immediate stock or in stock with our supplier so we can offer next working day delivery as per the above service. If you order something which we are not able to get our hands on, we will either phone and/or E-mail to confirm the situation and provide you with an ETA. You can then go ahead with the order or cancel should you deem the wait to be too excessive. This should be a very rare instance.
