The wider base allows for a thinner body to be used without balance problems. The set neck allows a slim neck joint and offers comfortable access to the upper register for those screaming solos.
Washburn's own Voice Contour Control system allow for endless creativity in tone. VCC changes the tone of the pickup by blending coils rather than using the standard filter. Go from single coil type pick ups to humbucking tone and everything in between.
