The updated Gretsch Brian Setzer Nashville® models have been redesigned and built to Brian's rockin' and exacting specifications. Upon reviewing his killer vintage guitar collection, we rebuilt the trestle bracing to match his favorite '59, giving it a more solid feel with tons of sustain. Available in either Orange Tiger Flame (SSU) or Green Tiger Flame (SSUGR), each guitar comes factory equipped with TV Jones® Classic pickups, Sperzel® locking tuners, pinned Adjusto-matic™ bridge, and Bigsby® B6CB Vibrato tailpiece.
TV Jones Pick Ups
This guitar is equipped with TV Jones Classic Pick ups. Made in the USA to exacting specifications, the TV Jones Classics are reproduced to the spec of the original 1950's Alnico magnets. All the vintage "Twang and Growl" we've come to know and love is reproduced lovingly....coupled with a Gretsch guitar....it's a perfect marriage.
The TV Classics are the company's best selling pick up and is a great choice for rockabilly, blues, and straight-up rock. The pick ups are wax potted to reduce microphonic feedback.
