ESP USA Eclipse II QM Electric Guitar - STBC
ESP Standard Series Eclipse II - made in Japan with the utmost care and attention to detail one would expect from ESP.
Note - that this is not the "USA" Spec instrument and feature 2 x volume / 2 x tone controls with EMG 81s in the bridge and neck.
The ESP Eclipse range of guitars are truly the most amazing rock guitars we've ever had in stock. Excellently appointed with professional grade features such as a stunning quilt top, top grade pick ups and Gotoh hardware.
In addition, the necks on all the Japanese ESPs are simply outstanding. The Thin-U shaped neck is as smooth as silk all round and the Rosewood fret board is gorgeous and very very smooth.
The body of the guitar is a classic combination of Mahogany and Quilted Maple Top which gives the Eclipse a lovely resonant tone.
Pick ups are 2 x EMG 81 in the bridge and neck position. They are high output pick up which is lends itself perfectly to lead guitar as they will drive tube amps fairly hard making them an excellent choice for power rock and roll and heavy rock.
Feature packed, ready to rock this ESP guitar is a true players instrument which will never let you down on stage or in the studio.

Some of the special features of this ESP Guitar include:
GOTOH MAGNUM LOCK TUNERS
ESP proudly features Gotoh locking tuners on many new and existing ESP Standard Series instruments. Gotoh parts have long been the choice for many ESP instruments over the years. Gotoh's unique design automatically locks the string to the shaft while winding the tuning key (tuning to pitch).
TWO-WAY ADJUSTING TRUSS ROD
Most of our instruments are built using a 2-way adjusting truss rod. Unlike a traditional (single-adjusting) truss rod which is still commonly used on many other manufacturers' instruments, our truss rod is adjustable both clockwise and counter-clockwise. With a single-adjusting truss rod, once you loosen the nut all the way, that is it. You are left with no more adjustment – this can leave your instrument unplayable if the neck cannot be adjusted properly. By using a 2-way truss rod we have eliminated the possibility of that ever happening.
